Harvard Scientist Urges People To Stop Drinking “Low-Fat” Milk Immediately!
Nobody thought that dairy products may be more dangerous for our health than we initially believed. Unlike organic and unprocessed, vegan dairy products, a Harvard researcher asserts that what standard dairy products represent serious threat to our health.
In fact, one cup of 2% milk contains 12.3 grams of sweets which is more than a Reese’s Peanut Butter Cup. According to David Ludwig, who had a research study published in the Journal of the American Medical Association Pediatrics, there have been plenty of studies concluding the dangerous effects of drinks sweetened with sugar.
David Ludwig has published a study in the Journal of the American Medical Association Pediatrics, in which he talks about numerous dangerous effects of sugar-sweetened beverages. The excess amount of sugar is linked with diabetes, inflammations, obesity and many other medical conditions. Also, the United States Department of Agriculture, the American Academy of Pediatrics, and other organizations are claiming that caloric beverages are extremely harmful.
A research published back in 2005 in the Archives of Pediatrics and Adolescent Medicine which included approximately 12,829 children at the age between 9 and 14, showed that drinking reduced fatty tissue milk was associated with weight gain, whereas full-fat milk wasn’t.
