Add 1 squeezed lemon in a glass of lukewarm water. Now, add 1 teaspoon of raw honey. Mix them well and drink in the morning on an empty stomach. Repeat this every day.


Cucumbers are an ancient remedy for painful urination due to their diuretic nature. They contain about 95% of water. So they can help you to keep your body hydrated and free from harmful toxins. Also, they normalize the body temperature.


In a blender, add 1 cucumber, 1 tablespoon of raw honey and 1 lemon. Mix them well and that`s it. You can consume this juice twice a day. Another way is to eat 2-3 cucumbers daily.
