How To Make Frappe Of Blueberries With Almond Butter?
Drink a frappe full of energy! Your body will thank you!
- 1 frozen banana;
- 2 cups of frozen blueberries;
- 2 tablespoons almond butter;
- 1 cup of fresh spinach;
- 2 cups almond milk without sugar
In a blender, put all ingredients (banana, blueberries, almond butter, spinach and almond milk without sugar) and stir until the ingredients are well mixed and it looks like juice cream.
You need about 10 minutes.
Don`t put a whipped cream or chocolate topping on frappe. It is wrong for your health!
This frappe can replace your breakfast!
